Twice Baked Potatoes
We really LOVE making baked potatoes in the crockpot around here, but if you're looking for something a little different, give these twice baked potatoes a try! I found this recipe on All Recipes years ago and it turned out SO delicious – I just had to share with you all.
Here's the ingredients you need to get started!
- baking potatoes
- bacon
- sour cream
- milk
- butter
- pepper
- salt
- cheddar cheese (shredded)
- green onions
Here's how to make Twice Baked Potatoes:
Preheat oven to 350 and bake potatoes for 1 hour. Meanwhile, cook bacon. When potatoes are done, allow to cook for ten minutes. Cut potatoes lengthwise and scoop the inside into a large bowl, save the skins (and try not to tear!)
Mix the cooked potatoes with sour cream, milk, butter, salt, pepper, 1/2 cup cheese and 1/2 cup green onions. Blend with mixer until well blended and creamy. Spoon into potato skins. Top with remaining cheese, green onions, and bacon. Bake another 15 minutes and 350.
Enjoy!
