Toys”R”Us Shops in Macy's Opening Soon!
Head to a nearby Toys R Us shop inside select Macy's stores the weekend of March 30 – April 1 for some fun freebies and events!
Thursday March 30 – Play-Doh Day from 4-6pm
Play with Play-Doh playsets and receive a giveaway (Most likely a can of Play-Doh)
Friday, March 31 – LEGO Day from 4-6pm
Have some fun with LEGO and receive a special giveaway (it looks like a LEGO Friends Mini Pack)
Saturday, April 1 – Pokemon Day from 12-2pm
Trade & Play Pokemon in store and receive a Pokemon pack.
In 2021, Macy's announced a partnership with Toys”R”Us to bring back an expansive assortment of kids toys, games, and gadgets inside select Macy's stores and online at Macy's.com.
While the ToysRUs.com shop has been available on Macy's.com since August 2021, the ToysRUS in-store shops are rolled out in Macy's stores this past winter – just in time for holiday shopping! The Macy’s Toys“R”Us shops started opening late July 2022.
The in-store shops range from 1,000 sq. feet and span up to 10,000 sq. feet in flagship locations in Atlanta, Chicago, Honolulu, Houston, Los Angeles, Miami, New York and San Francisco. The footprint of stores may grow up to 3,000 sq. feet during the holidays to offer a wider assortment of products.

I am super excited for this. Toy R Us was a magical place to visit growing up.I remember the colorful rainbow store fronts, aisles and aisles of toys and the smell of the store. Being a kid in the 90’s was awesome and we had the best toys! I hope they can create it to have the nostalgic feel I felt as a kid or somewhat close to it.
