Tomato Recall – Check your Fridge!

There’s a new recall just issued on fresh TOMATOES.   These were sold across 14 states and were recalled due to potential salmonella contamination.  If you purchased any packaged fresh tomatoes recently – be sure to check your refrigerator.

Here’s the details you need:

  • What was recalled?

Fresh tomatoes sold and supplied by Williams Farms Repack (sold between 4/23/25 – 4/28/25 in Georgia, North Carolina, or South Carolina) with lot codes R4467, R4470 or supplied by Ray & Mascari Inc. (Sold in Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Michigan, Missouri, Mississippi, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, or Wisconsin) with lot codes RM250424 15250B, RM250427 15250B

It’s important to note that this was a voluntary recall and there have been no illnesses reported at this time – but if you have any of these, it’s best to just throw them out.
