Each year Aldi offers the unusually oblong black grapes and each year people get excited about them. These designer grapes are firm, crisp and super sweet – with extra grape in every grape!
These are similar to Tear Drop Grapes, Moon Drop grapes, Witches Fingers, and other similar oblong grapes.
They’re priced at $1.39 at my local Aldi – and as I washed them and noticed that only 4 or 5 were smooshy out of the whole 2.5 lb bag – I thought they were worth every penny.

That’s a great price for any kind of grapes. Wish there was an Aldi in my town. I have to wait till I visit my son in college to shop there.
