Rocky Road Candy Cluster Recipe – Just 5 Ingredients!

This rocky road cluster candy recipe is so good – it’s sweet, it’s salty, it’s crunch and chewy – AND it’s only 5 ingredients to make!  You’re definitely going to want to add this one to your rotation this weekend.  The only baking required is a microwave, so the kids can help with this one too!

Rocky Road Ingredients:

  • semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • butterscotch chips
  • vegetable oil
  • roasted, salted peanuts
  • mini marshmallows

How do you make rocky road candy clusters

How do you make Rocky Road Candy Clusters?

It’s so easy!

Start by lining a baking sheet with wax paper, and then combine your chips and oil into a microwave-safe bowl.

Microwave in 30 second intervals until the chocolate is melted and smooth.

Next, fold in the marshmallows and nuts.  Then drop your candy by spoonfuls onto your wax paper.

Chill for about 15 minutes or until your chocolate is set and enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup butterscotch chips
  • 1 Tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 1/2 cups peanuts roasted, salted
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows

Instructions

  • Line a baking sheet with paper. Combine chocolate chips, butterscotch chips, and oil in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave in 30 second intervals until melted and smooth.
  • Fold in nuts and marshmallows. Drop candy by spoonfuls onto wax paper.
  • Chill 15 minutes or until chocolate is set.
