Rocky Road Candy
Ingredients

semi-sweet chocolate chips

butterscotch chips

vegetable oil

peanuts
roasted, salted

mini marshmallows
Instructions
Line a baking sheet with paper. Combine chocolate chips, butterscotch chips, and oil in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave in 30 second intervals until melted and smooth.
Fold in nuts and marshmallows. Drop candy by spoonfuls onto wax paper.
Chill 15 minutes or until chocolate is set.
