Rocky Road Candy
Ingredients
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup butterscotch chips
- 1 Tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 1/2 cups peanuts roasted, salted
- 2 cups mini marshmallows
Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with paper. Combine chocolate chips, butterscotch chips, and oil in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave in 30 second intervals until melted and smooth.
- Fold in nuts and marshmallows. Drop candy by spoonfuls onto wax paper.
- Chill 15 minutes or until chocolate is set.
