Summer Mom Must Haves We're Loving!
Even though some stores are putting out school supplies and even Halloween decorations (gasp!) we are still in full-on SUMMER mode over here! And, since we're in the thick of these hot days and summer lovin' nights, we thought we'd share some of our Passionate Penny Pincher team MOM MUST HAVES that we've been loving this season!
At PPP, we pride ourselves on sharing only the things our team actually likes instead of just what's trendy. So, we've vetted these products and can say with assurance that these have made our lives easier this summer and we hope they'll help you out, too!

Here's what has come in handy the most in our Mom Bags this summer:
First up – the Mom Bag itself! Laura grabbed the new Simple Modern getaway tote bag and is absolutely loving it. She got the Large size but said in hindsight she would've sized up to the XL.
This tote has Bogg Bag vibes with a slightly lower price tag. It's still a bit of a splurge, but the rubber material and sheer amount of space have made it worth it.

We're loving this 6 pack of Turkish beach towels for pool and beach days. Turkish towels are much thinner than traditional cotton or terrycloth towels and dry SO quickly. Plus, this multi-pack is under $36 making these just $6 per towel – a great deal for this size!
This divided serving tray has a lid and handle and is SO handy (and cute!) for bringing snacks or meals along for your day out. It holds a ton of food and we love that you can keep everything separate.
We also love this cute flower shaped snack container for taking on the go!
For easy sunscreen application, grab these Solar Buddies sunscreen applicators. You fill it with your favorite liquid sunscreen and then roll it on your kids or yourself. We love the cap so you can easily throw this in the bag, and the size makes it so even toddlers can start learning how to apply their own sunscreen (with a double-check from parents, of course!).
We also love the Sun Bum face stick for easily application. This is especially handy for re-applying and in the car!
This cute + colorful wet bag is handy to throw in your Mom Bag for wet clothes and swimsuits. It zips and is super thick so you don't have to worry about leaks.
We're a little obsessed with these Frogglez pain-free swim goggles! The unique strap makes them easy to take on and off, and avoid the dreaded hair-in-rubber-strap tangles (and screaming…) from your kids. This is another item that IS a bit of a splurge, but has made our pool days way more relaxed.
PPP team member, Allison, loves the BruMate can cooler for keeping her Bubblr sparkling water cold while she's out and about! (P.S. Allison said she is loving this Bubblr sparkling water but it has natural caffeine so learn from her mistake and don't drink it at night! 😂)
Last but not least, a wildly unnecessary but so fun tassel keychain that attaches to your bag or keyring. Laura couldn't resist this one but she'd buy it again in a heartbeat.
