This year Jackson graduated from college, Caroline is halfway through her sophomore year of college, and Reagan managed to survive hanging out with James and I while we all navigated a 6 hour move South to be closer to family. It has been a YEAR with so many highs and lows (probably just like you!), but goodness, we're beyond thankful for each and every day!
From our bunch to yours, goodness, we hope you and your family have the sweetest Christmas Day! There is no way I can ever thank you for taking the time to read Passionate Penny Pincher, keep up with all our deals, hang out with us on Facebook and Instagram and check out the fun stuff we get to make around here just for you.
I really am the luckiest, and am in constant awe over here each day that we get to do what we do.
There is NO WAY ON THE PLANET all we do around here could happen without the crazy hard work of these cute girls right here. They're the ones who help you with your customer service questions, write up a bajillion deal posts each day, post on social media to keep our “reach” up (good gravy ~ that one is a never ending battle . . . ), test affiliate products to make sure they're legitimate before we post, dream up new recipes and menu plan concepts, design the most beautiful products of our very own, manage shipping and logistics, and keep this crazy momma on top of things each day.
Never ever NEVER in a bajillion years would I have dreamed up how God could use the work of this sweet happy bunch of women, and I am so very thankful and humbled to get to work with them for you each day. I've thought a few times this last year as I've been plumb worn out every once in awhile as to whether what we do around here is truly necessary in an awfully noisy world (um, phew!), especially when there are a million other fantastic deal blogs, planners, and menu plans out there on the internet.
But what I love about what we do here is that I know deep down in my heart that the deals we share here are legitimate, the menu plans we create are amazing, and the products we dream up are truly blessings for so many of you. When I see each of your comments in your product reviews, in our our Facebook groups, and even in our inbox about how you've transformed your lives thanks to something we did here on PPP, I know I'm in exactly in the right spot each day.
In fact ~ I was stopped in a store by the sweetest PPP reader from Savannah this week on vacation and she said she makes her sheets on Thursdays because it's just what we do. If my mission in life is to make America have clean sheets again … I'm pretty happy with that! 🤣
So, thank you for supporting what we do around here ~ we so hope that you've been helped by something you've seen here on PPP, and goodness we are so thankful for you. The PPP team and I will be taking most of Christmas Day and the weekend off to enjoy our own families, and we hope you do the same.
Praying an amazing 2023 for and your sweet family ~ we're all right here on this side of the screen cheering for you!

Love you Laurie! I have been with you a loonnng time. When it was just you. I know I occasionally post this, but you make me the coolest Grandma and best gift giver.
