I am unable to get any promo code from PP to work on Amazon. What am I doing wrong?
If on mobile, you’ll need to click the arrow after entering the code before you hit continue for the savings to apply (and sometimes if you apply the code, leave cart, then return to cart, the discount will show). Hope that helps, Beverly! 🙂
I don’t see anywhere to enter the code ?
Hi Robin, Sometimes it’s tricky to find where to enter the code. Once you add the bird feeder to your cart, head to checkout. At checkout, scroll down below where your credit card information is showing. You should then see where it says “Gift Card/Promo Code/Voucher” option at checkout. Then follow the steps below:
1. Enter the code, making sure there are NO spaces on either side and no punctuation
2. Click the ARROW or APPLY button (not continue!)
3. If you get a red error message, move on to the next step anyway to see if the discount appears in your total.
Weird Tip: Leave checkout and go back in again – lots of folks are saying this makes the code work, so odd!
