Nothing EVER EVER sticks…with my old pot stuff always stuck. Nothing has burned and I've used it for months. The other day I forgot I was sautéing veggies and came back later and it hadn't burned or stuck at all – I was shocked! EASY clean up. The perfect pot can go in the oven, which is awesome.
(The size really is perfect) And the biggest WIN the pasta I cook the water NEVER flows over! Which has saved me soooooo much from cleaning my stove. The only negative is that the handles tend to get a little hot.
