The PPP 2025 May Recipe Calendar is here and it is sooooo fun!!! I'll be trying to soak in this last summer before my youngest heads off to college so I want to be cooking and grilling up some of her favorites (so she'll want to come back). The menu this month makes that so easy!
This little idea to share the calendar has become more and more fun each month, and the SIDES MENUS makes it extra special (I think you're going to love it!)

Curious what we're cooking from this month? We'll be using 3 of our Menu Planning Made Easy Boxes this month (we picked the brand new Summer Expansion menus box, and I think it's going to be amazing!) This one has pictures and they are so beautiful!! You're going to love this one.
YOU DO NOT need all of our menu planning boxes to join us ~ if you're on the fence, just pick one and see how it goes for you for the month! But if you're one of those folks who has all of our menu plans (or if you just are looking for some diversity at dinnertime each month!) this is going to be fun for you.
We've got THREE Celebration meals to choose from in May: Cinco De Mayo, Mother's Day Brunch, and Memorial Day Backyard Cookout all packed into 4 happy weeks ~ bring on Summer!
For the week of May 4th here's exactly what you need to do if you do have all of our menu plans – we'll be using the Summer Expansion Pack Menus, Sides Menus, & Celebration Menus (if you don't have these yet, check them out!)
- Monday: best-ever grilled chicken (Summer Exp Pack Week 13) + zucchini roll-ups (Grilling Sides) + it's Cinco de Mayo so you can choose that menu as well (Celebration Menu)
- Tuesday: grilled bbq chicken pizzas (Summer Exp Pack Week 13)
- Wednesday: cilantro lime grilled salmon salad (Summer Exp Pack Week 13)
- Thursday: veggie spaghetti salad (Summer Exp Pack Week 13)
- Friday: oriental-glazed beef (Summer Exp Pack Week 13) + easy grilled veggies (Griliing Sides)
- Saturday: cookie butter delight (Summer Exp Pack Week 13)
I can't wait for the grilled bbq chicken pizzas and the cookie butter delight this week!

- Wednesday: Easy Chicken & Zucchini Casserole (Summer Exp Pack Week 16)
- Thursday: Thai Turkey Burgers (Summer Exp Pack Week 16)
- Friday: Grilled Peach & Prosciutto Pizzas (Summer Exp Pack Week 16)

(I can't wait for the grilled bbq chicken pizzas, asian glazed salmon bowls, and the homemade dole whip. Those are just a few of my favorites!) Note: the challenge is for four weeks, but each of our menu plans actually include a whopping 12 weeks of meals & desserts!
