How to make Meatball Sub Casserole
Start by baking the frozen garlic bread with the spread (aka yummy!) side up on a baking sheet for 10-12 minutes at 425°. Set bread aside to cool.
Reduce the oven temperature to 350°. In a large pot, bring the spaghetti sauce to a low boil on the stove.
Add 30-40 meatballs to the sauce and reduce heat to low. Simmer until the meatballs are heated through, about 20 minutes.
While the sauce is cooking, tear garlic bread into bite-sized pieces and spread evenly in a greased 13×9-inch baking dish.
Pour the spaghetti sauce and meatballs evenly over the garlic bread bites, coating the bread with sauce. Sprinkle Italian cheese overtop, followed by a layer of Parmesan cheese.
Bae casserole uncovered until the cheese is melted, about 20 minutes.
