I did the ordering and each of the 5 appliances UPC does not match the UPC on the rebate form. The UPC on receipt is the SKU on the form. Any concerns?
Also, do you typically mail them altogether or in separate envelopes?

I think the fact that your UPC Codes match the SKU means it will be A-OK – they are definitely the right items, although I can see how that would make you wonder 🙂 I would definitely send them all in the same envelope, because the Rebate details say that only the original receipt will be accepted (and you probably only have one of those from the shipment). – $12 x 4 for each rebate
= $6.37 total
=$1.59 each
got mine…..total came to 63.62 (shipped to store), then 48.00 in rebates and 10.00 in Kohls cash..so 5.62 / 4 = 1.41

Although, the shipping is NOT free! You must spend $75.00 after coupons and promos to get free shipping. If you put four appliances in your cart at 19.99, that is $79.96, then use the two coupons, that brings it down to $59.46. So you are charged $8.95 for shipping and $4.10 for tax, that bumps the total up to $72.51. Still not a bad deal, but would be better with Free shipping. I tried to have the items shipped free to the store, but only 2 were in stock at the location near me, the third item was a 30 minute drive and the fourth item was beyond a 50 mile drive. Hopefully others will have better luck!
She noted if you add 5 items it will mean free shipping….and you can use the rebate up on up to 5 items …hope that helps!
