Hi Britney! Many stores allow you to “stack” coupons, but Target offers more store coupons than any other store. The other ones off the top of my head are all the drug stores, Publix, and Kroger (although Kroger doesn’t offer many store coupons.) Hope that helps!
The $3/1 Huggies from “pickupthevalues.com” is not there. The only coupons for Huggies are $1.50/1. Is there another location for the $3 coupon?
