Heath Bar Apple Dip (aka Apple Brickle Dip)
This Heath Bar Dip (aka Apple Brickle Dip), is by far one of the easiest recipes to make, and such a yummy treat when apples are in season (or even if they aren't!)!
I got it from a cousin at a family gathering, and goodness now it's one of our family's favorites. It only takes a few ingredients and other than allowing the mixture to cool, it only takes a few minutes to whip up too. You can also easily make this for a crowd by increasing the amounts of the ingredients.
Here's the recipe so you can try it out too!
Ingredients in this Apple Dip:
- cream cheese
- brown sugar
- white sugar
- vanilla
- health bar toffee bits
- apples
- lemon or lime juice
And here's how to make Heath Bar Apple Dip:
Grab your ingredients and in a large bowl, combine your sugars, juice, vanilla and cream cheese until mixed well and smooth.
Slice the apples as thin or thick as you'd like, and then sprinkle with the lemon or lime juice to keep from browning.
Allow the Heath Bar Apple Dip to chill for about an hour and then enjoy with your apples – SO GOOD!

When/how do you add the Heath bar? I assume you fold it in at the end?
Laurie says
Hi Nancy! You’ll mix the first 5 ingredients together with your mixer (Cream Cheese, Brown Sugar, White Sugar, Vanilla, and Heath Bits) and chill for an hour before serving with apple slices ~ hope that helps! 🙂
