Heath Bar Apple Dip (aka Apple Brickle Dip)
This Heath Apple Dip (aka Apple Brickle Dip), is by far one of the easiest recipes to make, and such a yummy treat when apples are in season!
I got it from a cousin at a family gathering, and goodness now it's one of our family's favorites. It only takes a few ingredients and other than allowing the mixture to cool, it only takes a few minutes to whip up too. You can also easily make this for a crowd by increasing the amounts of the ingredients.
Here's the recipe so you can try it out too!
You'll want to start with your ingredients. Grab your sugars, vanilla, lemon (or lime) juice, cream cheese, apples and heath toffee chips.
In a large bowl, combine your sugars, juice, vanilla and cream cheese until mixed well and smooth.
Slice the apples as thin or thick as you'd like, and then sprinkle with the lemon or lime juice to keep from browning.
Allow the Heath Bar Apple Dip to chill for about an hour and then enjoy with your apples – SO GOOD!
