Green Chicken Pasta Salad – Served Warm OR Cold
We tried this Greek Chicken Pasta Salad Mediterranean recipe for the first time a few years ago (following a little craziness we had in our family~ read more HERE.) I absolutely loved it, my husband really liked it, but it wasn't quite my kids favorite being real honest (so they stuck with pasta and rotisserie chicken ~ not the worst meal of all time so I'm calling it a win!)
🍴 TIP: You can also find this recipe in Week 12 of our Summer Menu Planning Made Easy Set!
I made it again recently as I've been focusing a ton on menu planning (we just eat better and more frugally that way, and it saves so much and money each week!). It's so simple and fast, works great as a quick easy meal, and the leftovers are perfect to pack in lunches during the week.
Here's how to make this delicious Greek Chicken Pasta Salad:
Start with your ingredients:
- penne pasta
- rotisserie chicken
- red onion
- artichoke hearts

To make this Greek Chicken Pasta Salad, start by cooking your pasta according to package directions, drain, and rinse with cool water.
Add the shredded rotisserie chicken and remaining ingredients to your pasta and toss well. You can add additional dressing if you'd like.

Great looking recipe. If you are trying to reduce carbs,
Try Dreamfield’s Pasta. Don’t go overboard, but a couple oz once or twice

Would this fit the 21 day diet if you left out the pasta or had a small portion of it? It looks delicious!

Hi Becky! Since I’m doing the 21 Day Fix I did a small portion without the pasta – I’d call it one red and probably one blue (I think that’s healthy fat?) because of the cheese. Hope that helps!
