These kid friendly glazed ranch carrots are super simple and packed with flavor!

Can carrots be roasted in the oven?

These glazed carrots are really yummy and super easy too! The cooking method is using a skillet but these are wonderful roasted in the oven as well. I suggest roasting these at 425-450°F for 20-30 minutes or until tender.

Coming in at just 112 calories per serving, you can stay on track with your health goals, if that's something  you're concerned with.

Super kid friendly too, yay!! 🙂

Glazed Ranch Carrots

Servings: 6

Calories: 112kcal

Ingredients

• 1 lb baby carrots
• 1/4 cup butter, cubbed
• 3 Tbsp brown sugar
• 1 oz pkg ranch dressing mix
• parsley minced, optional

Instructions

• Place carrots into a skillet; add 1-inch of water, and bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover, and cook 8-10 minutes or until crisp-tender. Drain, and set aside.
• Add butter, brown sugar and ranch dressing mix to the same skillet, and mix until blended. Stir carrots back in.
• Cook and stir over medium heat 5 minutes or until glazed. Sprinkle with parsley, if desired.
