These Frozen Yogurt Cookie Dough Bites are the perfect sweet treat without any guilt! These cuties are packed with protein and are great to enjoy as a mid-day treat or serve up for a yummy after-dinner dessert for the family.
Making these cookie dough bites is even easier than you'd think and you can do all the prep ahead of time and store these in the freezer for when you need them!

Ingredients for Frozen Yogurt Cookie Dough Bites
- Whole milk plain Greek yogurt
- Honey
- Vanilla
- Almond flour
- Salt
- No-sugar, no-oil added peanut butter
- Maple syrup (real is best!)
- Mini chocolate chips
How to make Cookie Dough Bites
Start by lining a 12-count muffin tin with paper or silicone liners.
Mix all the cookie dough ball ingredients together except the chocolate chips. Mix well until you have a nice, smooth mixture. Fold in chocolate chips.
Roll the cookie dough mixture into tiny, chickpea-sized balls. Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Freeze at least 15 minutes until firm.
Meanwhile, combine all yogurt ingredients in a large bowl. Using a hand mixer, mix well for about 3 minutes. Fold in cookie dough balls.
Add about 2 tablespoons of mixture into each muffin cup, and freeze at least 4 hours.

Ingredients

- ½ cup almond flour
- pinch of salt
- ¼ cup creamy, no-sugar, no-oil added peanut butter
- 1½ tbsp maple syrup
- ¼ tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp miniature semi-sweet chocolate chips
frozen yogurt
- 2 cups whole milk plain Greek yogurt
- ½ cup honey
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Line a 12-count muffin pan with liners.
- Mix all cookie dough ball ingredients together except for the chocolate chips to create a smooth mixture that can be rolled into balls, then fold in the chocolate chips.
- Roll mixture in the palm of your hand into chickpea-sized balls.
- Add cookie dough balls to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, and freeze at least 15 minutes to firm while making the yogurt.
- In a large bowl, combine all yogurt ingredients. Mix vigorously about 3 minutes then gently fold in cookie dough balls.
- Add 2 tablespoons of mixture into each muffin cup, and freeze 4 hours.
