Who knew exercise could be so fun!?? I’ve gained a few pounds over the winter from chronic aches & pains and not being able to run like I used to and been really frustrated about it. I recently heard that a trampoline is a fantastic high intensity workout and it’s good for your heart, balance, and more – plus it’s fun, too! I decided to give this one a try and have been loving it so far! It was pretty easy to put together and came with everything needed (the included tool is super helpful to put on the bungees!) and the pad is very sturdy. I love the handle, too! I’ve found a bunch of free workouts on YouTube (the first 15 minute HIIT workout is great for getting started!) that I’ve been enjoying – and boy have I been sweating a TON! It really is an intense workout! Overall, I’m super happy with this purchase!
