You won't believe how much flavor is in this easy frozen lemonade pie. It is SO simple to make too!
Lemonade Pie – SO Easy and SO Good!
This Easy Frozen Lemonade Pie roped me in when the recipe called for sweetened condensed milk!! Anyone else??? I'm just a sucker for anything using that deliciousness and yes I lick the can. 🙂 Don't judge, ha!
This pie can be whipped up in about 5 minutes, popped in the freezer and ready to go at any time. No one will ever know you didn't spend hours squeezing fresh lemons for that wonderful lemonade flavor! 🍋 🍋 🍋. Using frozen lemonade makes this one convenient to make with just a few ingredients.
TIP: This lemonade pie recipe is from week 2 of our lunch menu plans!
Lemonade Icebox Pie ingredients:
All you need is 4 simple ingredients to make this delicious dessert. I believe most of these items can even be bought at the Dollar Tree!
- graham cracker pie crust
- sweetened condensed milk
- frozen whipped topping
- frozen lemonade concentrate
How do you make lemonade pie?
In a large bowl, add sweetened condensed milk and thawed whipped topping or whipped cream (we just used cool whip, but you could try using homemade whipped cream for this one too!). Fold gently together until combined. We don't recommend using an electric mixer as it may overmix the items.
Add 3/4 cup thawed lemonade concentrate and continue to gently fold in all the liquid. You could also try this with a pink lemonade for a fun color!
Pour the filling into the pie crust, then freeze at least 8 hours or overnight before serving. The perfect quick and easy summer dessert (or really ANY time dessert!).

Confused! The recipe photo shows filling in a crust. That’s it. Mixing can of sweetened condensed milk, .75c of thawed lemonade concentrate & thawed tub of cook whip.
So why does the post photo show it covered with cool whip? Do you use a 2nd tub to cover the filling?
Friend tried to tell me how to make similar version of this, and hers didn’t make any sense (she gave me recipe from memory, BUT turned out she hadn’t made it in 10+ years).
