Thank you for sharing a simple meal that does not feel “penny pinched” I have older kids (high school and college) and am making a change from my old crazy high spending days!! However, It’s important to me that the meals are something that they are excited about and don’t feel “cheap”

You’re so welcome! The boneless skinless chicken breast will be on sale at Publix BOGO in the upcoming ad, so I’ll be stocking up and mixing up a bunch of marinade. I love a penny pinched meal, but love it even more when it feels just like dinnertime. Good luck as you work towards pinching those pennies Shelley!

We had the Rosemary-Maple Pork Tenderloin and Lemon-Butter Potatoes from the Publix ad this week. YUM! It was the recipe that they were cooking on Wednesday when I did my shopping and I just fell in love with it. It was a huge hit with my husband and son. If y’all haven’t tried it, stop by the Aprons stand next time you are in Publix and grab the recipe or you can/should find it in this week’s ad. This recipe is definitely a keeper.
