The PPP 2025 January Recipe Calendar is here!!! The Christmas holiday season is almost over, and I am so looking forward to the New Year. We chose the Low Calorie (for all those New Year goals!) , plus the Sides Menu Plan. For 2025 we also decided to do Freezer Friday once a quarter – so we'll be doing our first Freezer Friday Cooking session of the year in February.
EEK! I CAN'T WAIT!Â
As we finish out December, we're cooking from Week 5 of the NEWLY relaunched Slow Cooker Volume 2 with photos. For New Year's Eve, we're using the Appetizer Menu from the Celebrations Box. Y'all this box makes holidays sooo easy! The menu AND the grocery list are already created for you! And right now they're on a crazy sale for the end of the year... we'll email you the PDF files right away so that you can use them immediately.Â
Here's what's on the menu plan for the last week of December:Â
Week of December 29th:Â
- Monday – Asian Short Ribs
- Tuesday – Chicken Gnocchi Soup
- Wednesday – Healthy Pizza Quinoa Bowls or Appetizer Menu from the Celebration Menu Plan
- Thursday – Mexican Barbacoa + Cheesy Corn and Red Peppers
- Friday – Northern White Beans + Southern-Style Cornbread
- Saturday – Leftover Buffet + Pecan Praline Cheesecake
This little idea to share the calendar has become more and more fun each month, and adding in our SIDES MENUS makes it extra special.

From now through January 30th, I'm challenging you to join me and make a dinner from one of our Menu Plans every single day Monday-Friday for 4 straight weeks. (I can't wait for the caprese chicken skillet, basil and avocado chicken salad wraps and thai-style chicken noodle soup. Those are just a few of my favorites!) I'll be making several of these on Facebook Live with you too this month ~ I am SO ready to get back on track and looking for an amazing month!
Note: the challenge is for four weeks, but each of our menu plans actually include a whopping 12 weeks of meals & desserts!
