Buy 1 Cottonelle (18 pk) – $6.99
Buy 2 Scott Bathroom Tissue (12-18 pk) – $6
- Use (2) $1/1 Scott coupon from the 10/12 SmartSource insert
- Use $0.75/1 Cottonelle coupon from the 9/14 SmartSource insert
- Use $.75/1 Scott coupon from the 10/12 SmartSource insert
- Use $10 ECBs from transaction #2
- Pay $16.47 out of pocket, Get $10 Gift Card

Hi I saw on cvs weekly ad that buy 1 conair hair appliance starting at 19.99 and get $10 Ecb so is the system still producing $10 Ecb even if the product is less than $19.99
