What Do You Need to Make Chicken Cordon Bleu?
- boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- ham
- swiss cheese
- flour
- Parmesan cheese
- sage
- paprika
- pepper
- olive oil
- cream of chicken soup
- chicken broth

How to Cook Chicken Cordon Bleu In a Crockpot:
- Flatten chicken to 1⁄4 inch thickness; top with ham and cheese.
Roll up and tuck in ends, securing with toothpicks. - Combine flour, cheese, sage, paprika and pepper in a shallow
bowl; coat chicken on all sides. - In a large skillet, heat oil and brown chicken on all sides.
- Transfer chicken to slow cooker. Combine soup and broth; pour
over chicken. - Cover and cook on low 4-5 hours or until chicken is tender.
- Remove toothpicks before serving.

- 1/4 cup flour
- 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese

- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 10.5 oz cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
Instructions
