Flatten chicken to 1⁄4 inch thickness; top with ham and cheese. Roll up and tuck in ends, securing with toothpicks.
Combine flour, cheese, sage, paprika and pepper in a shallow bowl; coat chicken on all sides.
In a large skillet, heat oil and brown chicken on all sides.
Transfer chicken to slow cooker. Combine soup and broth; pourover chicken. Cover and cook on low 4-5 hours or until chicken is tender. Remove toothpicks before serving.
