Crockpot Chicken Cordon Bleu

Ingredients

  • 3 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 6 slices ham fully cooked
  • 6 slices swiss cheese
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp sage
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1/4 cup olive oil 
  • 10.5 oz cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth

Instructions

  • Flatten chicken to 1⁄4 inch thickness; top with ham and cheese. Roll up and tuck in ends, securing with toothpicks.
  • Combine flour, cheese, sage, paprika and pepper in a shallow bowl; coat chicken on all sides.
  • In a large skillet, heat oil and brown chicken on all sides.
  • Transfer chicken to slow cooker. Combine soup and broth; pour
    over chicken.
  • Cover and cook on low 4-5 hours or until chicken is tender. Remove toothpicks before serving.
