You may be lucky enough to own a Ceramic Christmas Tree that has been passed down from your mother, grandmother, or great-grandmother. 🙂 If not, there are TONS of options to buy online! Here are some of the best deals I’m seeing right now on the larger ones, and also on a fun mini gift set, too.
Walmart Ceramic Christmas Tree
Walmart.com currently has this 16″ Mr. Christmas Ceramic Nostalgic Tree for only $19 (Reg $25). It comes in Green, Pink (in-store only), or White colors, too! This one is battery operated, but if you’d rather not have to buy batteries every year – the next few options may be better for you!?
Amazon Ceramic Christmas Trees
This hand-painted 15″ Pre-lit Ceramic Tabletop Christmas Tree on Amazon comes decorated with 64 multicolored bulbs and has a 7-pointed star topper. PLUS, it has a 5-foot power cord so there is NO need for batteries (love that! 🙂 )~ it even has a simple on/off switch, too.
If you’re looking for something a little less traditional, you can even find a Ceramic Christmas Tree with a fun Peppermint Candy Cane design on Amazon (this one would look cute on a dessert table??). No need for batteries with this one either as it has a 5-foot power cord and built-in on/off switch.
While it’s a little more expensive than the ones above, my favorite one of all (mainly because it fits with my “5 Rules”), is this 15.5″ ALL WHITE Ceramic Christmas Tree with White Bulbs on Amazon! Plus, I love that it comes with a 5-foot plug-in chord and extra Christmas light bulbs for the tree in case they happen to fall out during storage (note that the lights are glued in place and are non-removable).

I painted a ceramic Christmas tree in the 70’s. It makes my heart happy even though it’s missing a couple of lights. It’s the first decoration I set out every year!

My Mom made one of these when I was about 10 years old. I am one of 7 children and I got to go to her ceramics class with her. I made a night light, which I still have. Being one of 7, it was the only time I got to spend alone with my Mom, especially at that age:). She still has the tree and displays it each year.
I also was lucky enough to go with my mom and one of her friends to a local Elks club crafting group once a month and got to spend quality time with my mom. I absolutely loved it. We made different things each month.
