This easy, no bake snack takes less than 5 minutes to make.  These caramel apple nachos are layered and SO GOOD!

There’s nothing quite like the combination of caramel and apple together.  I always loved caramel apples at festivals, but they tend to be a bit hard to eat.  Enter these Caramel Apple Nachos – they’re layered AND lower in calories too.  Plus they’re absolutely delicious and the kids will love them!

Ingredients for healthy apple nachos:

  • granny smith apples
  • white chocolate chips
  • caramel topping
  • pretzels
  • toffee bits

How to make caramel apple nachos:

Start by coring your apples and thinly slicing your apples, then melt your white chocolate and caramel. Drizzle the apples with half of the melted items and top with pretzels and toffee pieces.  Then drizzle with your remaining white chocolate and caramel and enjoy immediately!

Ingredients

  • 4 granny smith apples cored and thinly sliced
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips melted
  • 1/2 cup caramel topping warmed
  • 1 cup pretzels chopped
  • 1/2 cup toffee bits

Instructions

  • On a large plate, arrange apple slices on top of one another.
  • Drizzle with half of the white chocolate and caramel, then top with pretzels and toffee pieces.
  • Drizzle with remaining white chocolate and caramel. Serve immediately.
