Cake Mix Peach Cobbler

This cobbler is SO delicious and perfect with a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top.  Such a comforting dessert with a yummy buttery topping.  Give this one a try and let us know why it’s now your families favorite!

Ingredients for Cake Mix Peach Cobbler:

  • 45 oz cans sliced peaches
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup brown sugar divided
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 15.25 oz box yellow cake mix
  • 1/2 cup butter melted
  • 1 vanilla ice cream optional

How To Make Cake Mix Peach Cobbler:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Drain and discard juice from peaches, then add peaches to 13×9-inch baking dish.
  3. Drizzle vanilla extract and sprinkle 1/4 cup brown sugar and cinnamon over peaches.
  4. In separate bowl, combine cake mix, butter, and 1/4 cup brown sugar until mixture forms clumpy, dry batter.
  5. Crumble batter mixture over peaches, then sprinkle remaining brown sugar on top.
  6. Bake 45-50 minutes until browned and bubbly.
  7. Let cool 15 minutes. Serve warm with vanilla ice cream, if desired.
