Ingredients

  • 45 oz cans sliced peaches
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup brown sugar divided
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 15.25 oz box yellow cake mix
  • 1/2 cup butter melted
  • 1 vanilla ice cream optional

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • Drain and discard juice from peaches, then add peaches to 13x9-inch baking dish.
  • Drizzle vanilla extract and sprinkle 1/4 cup brown sugar and cinnamon over peaches.
  • In separate bowl, combine cake mix, butter, and 1/4 cup brown sugar until mixture forms clumpy, dry batter.
  • Crumble batter mixture over peaches, then sprinkle remaining brown sugar on top.
  • Bake 45-50 minutes until browned and bubbly.
  • Let cool 15 minutes. Serve warm with vanilla ice cream, if desired.
