Better Homes & Gardens Decor

Need to fluff a new space but don’t want to spend too much? Walmart wins!

Last year, I helped Jackson get set up in his first house, and after debating where to shop for everything (we only had two days to get pull everything together), I decided just to hit Walmart and snag everything.

I was so impressed with what we got that now it’s my favorite place to shop for basic home decor. Everything has held up well, a lot of it feels like things you’d find at Restoration Hardware or Pottery Barn for so much less, and you can get everything in one stop.

I LOVE the Better Homes & Gardens line at Walmart. So far, EVERYthing I’ve tested there has been a winner! They have a ton of great products and the quality can’t be beat, especially at such good prices!

Here’s a peek at a few of my favorite Walmart basics for any room!

1. This lamp

I LOVE this lamp ~ I’m in love with this one too but this white vintage lamp fit the space more!

2. This mirror

This would be amazing for college dorms too! It includes a stand and easily attaches to a wall to make sure it doesn’t tip over! Plus, it comes in a bunch of different sizes.

3. These towels

THESE ARE THE BEST TOWELS. TRUST ME. If you’re tired of towels that bunch around the seams or aren’t extra fluffy, these are the ones you need! I’m planning to get a few more for our own bathroom soon because ours are 14 years old (phew!) and I’m so impressed with these. They wash and dry well, are absorbent, and super plush and soft. I highly recommend these!

4 – This quilt and this comforter set

These pictures are from my niece Kelley’s home that I recently helped stage to sell. After shopping Target, World Market, and Home Goods, we landed back at Walmart ~ the BH&G line really was just perfect!

Tip: The comforter is a full/queen, and since they didn’t have a dust skirt, for staging Kelley just pulled the quilt down longer on this side. It’s the same one we used in our guest room and doesn’t feel quite that long on a full bed but it is plenty big. They sold their house in one day ~ so clearly it worked! 🙂
