Have I mentioned lately that I love my slow cooker? (I’m sure that I have, but it’s been at least a week maybe since I shared that?) There’s just something about having dinner started in the morning that alleviates a little stress at our house all day long.  I actually timed myself as I made this one, and it took a whopping two minutes and thirty-two seconds to throw the ingredients in Mrs. Potts, plus an extra two minutes to clean up.  (Seriously, that makes it worth trying alone!)  Since I had all the ingredients in our kitchen it was also incredibly inexpensive to throw together. . . and, best of all my kids loved it… seriously loved it!   WOOHOO!

Here’s how to make your life easier by letting your Mrs. Potts do all the work too. . .

Boneless chicken in a crockpot only needs to cook about 3 hours on low or it will dry out. Make sure you have plenty of moisture. Hopefully this helps! Cant wait to try this recipe!!

It definitely could cook a shorter time ~ thankfully this one has plenty of moisture (the soup!) so there’s no chance of it drying out, which helps. Thanks for the tip Carolina girl! 🙂

Like Carolina Girl said, try cooking them a shorter amount of time. There’s plenty of liquid in this recipe so they won’t dry out even over a longer time, but another great tip I’ve learned is to put them in frozen (I know, crazy!) They have plenty of time to cook, and these were pretty frozen when I put them in in the morning (I thawed them in the microwave enough to get them to separate, but that was about it!)
