Italian Crescent Roll Ring
This Italian Crescent Roll Ring is super easy to make (we can keep that our little secret), but the presentation will WOW your bunch. After you get it all together it kind of looks like a sunburst and is almost too pretty to cut (almost)!
Y’all, this dish is perfect for game days, potlucks, or just a lazy Sunday when you wanna eat something delicious without working too hard. If you want you can serve it up with a little marinara for dippin’. Either way this downright irresistible recipe is going to disappear fast!
Did I mention that you only need 1 dish for this recipe?? Yep that's right. The Italian Crescent Roll Ring is from our One Pot Menu Plan. Gotta love the simple clean up with this plan.
Ingredients
- crescent roll dough
- sliced provolone cheese
- sliced deli ham, sliced
- sliced capicola
- sliced salami
- sweet onion
- banana pepper rings
- salt
- pepper
- dried oregano
How to assemble Italian Crescent Roll Ring
Preheat your oven to 375°F and line a round baking sheet with parchment paper or use a pizza stone.
Pop open that crescent roll dough and separate it into 16 triangles. Place a small bowl upside down in the center of your baking sheet. Arrange the dough around the bowl in a circle, overlapping the edges a bit. Press down where they overlap so it’s not too thick.
Start layering! Add cheese, ham, capicola, salami, onions, and peppers right on top of the dough. Sprinkle on some salt, pepper, and oregano to taste.
Now, grab those dough triangles hanging over the edge and fold them up over the filling, tucking them under the bottom layer to seal it all in. Keep going around the circle until the filling is mostly covered (a little peeking out is totally fine!).
Pop it in the oven and bake for about 20 minutes, or until it’s golden brown and cooked through.
Let it cool for about 5 minutes, then slice it up and enjoy!
