I've also tried out this Wrap Buddies Gift Wrapping Tool ~ here are my quick thoughts to compare!
The Wrap Buddies Tool attaches to any space in your home and is an easy way to keep your wrapping paper straight when you're hurrying through the holidays. It turns any space into a gift wrapping area similar to the fancy department store wrapping tables I remember seeing as a kid.
I tried it out and was seriously so impressed with how well it works. Being realllllll honest I don't know that I'd pay more than $20 for it, but if you do a ton of wrapping, this might just be for you!

Pros:
- Easy to put together
- Attaches simply anywhere
- You can easily add a role of tape and keep on both ends
Cons:
- The ONLY con I could think of for this Wrap Buddies gift wrapping tool was that it's a little pricey (around $25 on Amazon). However it will hold up for years and save you a ton of time wresting with wrapping paper ~ and since time is often equal to money over the Christmas season, this one might just be worth it!
BEING REAL HONEST… these are now near $25– I paid just under $20 when I originally purchased this and I'm not sure I'd pay quite that much!
If you're looking for an alternative this Scotch Tape system would help too.

I was curious about this, as I have a hard time cutting my paper straight & I make myself crazy over it! I could see the advantages but the cost outweighs them right now. ☹️ Thanks for the info!
An item I use & love is the ELF! It has a disadvantage too; you can’t have bulk size wrapping paper.
