Our Slow Cooker Turkey Chili is incredibly healthy with oodles of fresh veggies but still packed with flavor. Perfect for any night!
Slow Cooker Turkey Chili
This healthy Slow Cooker Turkey Chili is full of fresh vegetables. Don't let that scare you away though – it tastes great. I love being able to sneak in ground turkey when I can since we limit beef at our house.
I haven't made this one in a while so I'm adding it to my menu plan for next week now. 🙂
MENU TIP: This Turkey Chili recipe is from week 3 of our low calorie menu planning made easy set!

Do I HAVE to cook this on the stove first?
The ground turkey does need to be precooked so you'll need to cook that in a skillet on the stove or in a slow cooker that has a browning feature.
We love this All Clad one! If you don't have time to sauté the veggies they can be tossed into your crockpot without cooking first. Just be sure to increase the cook time a bit until all the vegetables are tender. But, if you have the time go ahead and sauté them because I think it gives them more flavor. 🙂

Erica here! We just had this one again… years later. My family still loves it! My 7 year old said it was, “bussin bussin!” Whatever that means. He had a smile on his face and a clean bowl! That’s all that matters!
