Crockpot Apple Crumble – All the Flavors of Fall!
Apples are starting to come in season, so now is a great time to stock up for fall baking. This crockpot apple crumble absolutely hits all the notes of fall and is SO good! Your family will love this one 🙂Â

Here's what you will need to get started!
Ingredients:
- flour
- light brown sugar
- white sugar
- cinnamon
- nutmeg
- salt
- butter
- cornstarch
- ground ginger
- apples
- lemon juice
How to make crockpot apple crumble:
1. In a large mixing bowl, stir together the ingredients for the crumb topping: flour, brown sugar, white sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt. Combine butter with this mixture using a pastry blender or a fork until coarse crumbs form; set aside.
2. In a small bowl, stir together white sugar, cornstarch, ginger and cinnamon. Place sliced apples in the slow cooker, stir in the cornstarch mixture and toss with lemon juice.
3. Sprinkle the crumb topping over top.
4. Cover and cook on high 2 hours or on low 4 hours, or until apples are tender.
5. Partially uncover the slow cooker and cook for an additional hour allowing the topping to harden.

- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 cup light brown sugar

- 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1 pinch salt
- 1/2 cup butter cut into small pieces
Apple Filling
- 1/3 cup white sugar
- 1 Tbsp cornstarch
- 1/2 tsp ground ginger
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 6 cups apples peeled, cored, and sliced
- 2 Tbsp lemon juice
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, stir together the ingredients for the crumb topping; Flour, brown sugar, white sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt. Combine butter with this mixture using a pastry blender or a fork until coarse crumbs form; set aside.
