I bought a phone during Covid at Sam’s Club. The promotion was buy a phone and receive a $300.00 Sam’s gift card. It has been more then two years and I have never received the card. AT&T blames Sam’s Club and Vice Versa! I have been a dedicated customer with both businesses for years. Was surprised that they would treat their customers like this.
