Pumpkin Pie Cheese & Crackers
If you're looking for the cutest Thanksgiving appetizer with minimal work – these pumpkin pie cheese and crackers are just the ticket!
Who doesn't love a good cheese + cracker combo?? It's pretty much the safest appetizer you could pick – but this gives it a cute and holiday-themed twist!
Grab a few of everyone's favorite crackers + your favorite cheese and let's make these cute bites.
Supplies for pumpkin pie crackers
- Triangle crackers (the Triscuit thin crisps work but you can get your favorite! Any flavor will work for this snack)
- Chicken in a Biskit crackers
- Cheddar cheese (you want your cheese to be orange like pumpkin pie)
- Cream cheese (I used chive & onion but you can go plain or a different flavor!)
You'll also want an icing piping tip to make the little dollop of “whipped cream” on top of the pie.

How to make pumpkin pie cheese & crackers
Cut your cheese into triangles that are a similar size to the cracker you picked. They don't need to be perfect so it's okay if the cheese is a little bigger or smaller than the cracker – everyone will still love them!
Then, use the cream cheese to secure the cheese to the triangle cracker.
Put a little line of cream cheese on the bottom of the long side of the Chicken in a Biskit cracker and attach to the cheese.
Finally, pipe the cream cheese onto the pie using a cake decorating icing tip. I just added some cream cheese into ziploc bag and cut a hole for the tip. This worked well and made the cream cheese look just like a dollop of whipped cream!
If you don't have a piping tip, you can absolutely just just a small spoon – it will still be adorable!
These are adorable to take to a Thanksgiving dinner, Friendsgiving, or really ANY event (small group, book club, Bible study, moms night out) you're attending this month!
