If you've used and enjoyed saunas, then this is the next step…sauna at home.Prep the sauna, sit in your chair (my fiance and I use a slightly larger traveling chair than one provided I bought for $10 thru Amazon) and enjoy TV , I check my email, pay bills online, …. while the pounds melt away. I usually use it for 20 to 25 min and avg losing 3 to 4 lbs each time. This is a great investment….gonna cancel my gym membership. They shut down their sauna since COVID anyway. (Photo above)
This is easy to assemble and stable once put together. Quality is nice and well made, traps heat really well as I can feel all the heat from the stream once inside. It does take about 10 minutes to warm up and start steaming but after that you will sweat and it's a refreshing feeling. Controls are easy and the temperature is simple to adjust. Remote is very handy for when your inside steaming already to turn off or adjust heat. Good value too. Make sure to never over fill the first line water level (does not steam if it's over filled). I would advise for people who are over 200 lbs to use a different chair. Only small downside is steam comes from the bottom so it get hot and you'll need to move your feet around. To tell you the truth, this machine steams so much I was dripping with water and I couldn't tell if I was sweating or if it's water from steam. When I get out, my skin is slightly pink and it feels like my skin is breathing. I am a happy customer.
