I bought some VS ones for my 16 & 13 year old daughters. They like them on lighter days by itself or on heavier days with a tampon. They have both said that it’s easier than a pad since sometimes the pads can move around. These stay in place better. The downside is that I have to clean them. 😉

I use them for my 11 year old while she is in school, so she doesn’t have to deal with pads at school. They work great!

I bought my daughter a pair of those period panties this summer, we went on vacation and she could swim in the ocean and pool with them. They are thick enough. They are great for light days on your monthly.
