Do not ever order from from you flowers or any other non local florist. You are hit with huge price increases, tons of fee and you cannot guarantee what you want is what you will get. Especially closer to holidays they don’t care as long as you’re paying. Call a local florist in the town/city that you want to have the flowers delivered. Local florist get in fresh flowers daily, do NOT add on extra fees. Also the predesigned arrangements you see in ads are not what you get. They look full and lush but the florist filling the order is given a certain recipe to follow so the stem could is always less that what you see. Call the local florist. Ask for a designers choice. Filled to what value you want. Keep in mind shops do have a minimum value and delivery fees. You can still ask for certain flowers and colors , if in season and the florist can get them it is usually not an issue. Just please don’t ask for tulips in December, they are out of season. I ve worked at a local florist for over 20 years. Local owned shops you will definitely get a better arrangement for the value. so please shop local. If you don’t know of a local shop where you’re sending flowers to use google or ask your town shop if they can give you a number to a shop in the other town-most are happy to help.
