Here are the new deals at Kroger starting 4/14/13, in the Southeast region. Kroger has the Mega Sale again this week and 7 Days of Meat Savings! You can also take a peek at the complete Kroger Ad online.
Here are a few things to remember before shopping at Kroger:
- Load your Cellfire coupons and Kroger E-coupons to your card ; but remember that Kroger does not allow you to stack manufacturer coupons and e-coupons. If you have e-coupons loaded on your card, they will automatically be deducted first, so make sure to only load e-coupons that have a higher value than your clipped coupons.
- Kroger doubles coupons up to $.50 everyday. They do not double e-coupons.
- E-coupons may only be used once per account.

- To create your printable list, just click the square next to the item, and you’ll see your list pop up in the bottom right hand corner of your screen (to see the full list of items, click “display all matchups”.)

I just moved from the Midwest down to the south, so I’m new to Kroger shopping. For the Mega Sale, does it have to be mix and match of the items or can it be five of the same item? Like if i bought five boxes of fruit snacks, would it take five dollars off?. And can you do multiple discounts in one transaction? (Like buy 10 items and get $10 off)
Laurie says
Hi Jessica! You can purchase different items, as long as they’re all participating Mega Sale items and get the $5 discount. If it helps, take reusable grocery sacks and put each group of five into a sack (because last week I messed up my count, and sure enough lost $5!)
Also, there is typically a limit of 3 Mega sale discounts per transactions, so even though I’m not positive it’s that limit this time around, I’d still break down your transactions into sets of three to make sure everything works out correctly. Hope that helps! 🙂

I had a cashier who refused to take my coupons “just because”. She also refused to give me a rain check because she “didn’t have to”! She a accused me of stealing coupons, I had a recept for. I have stopped shopping at kroger iny town and started going 1 town over.

Hey Michele! I would write a comment here: https://customer.kroger.com/comments/comments.aspx/ . It’s sad that you have to go out of your way because of unfriendly people. The company does need to know about it though. I hate that for you….

Krogers Personal are getting so nasty.. They sigh and say mean things when you have alot of coupons. My friend went to her Krogers and they cashier told her she didn’t like coupons. And accused her of trying to commit fraud. She told her just because we use coupons does not mean we commit fraud, if that was the case there is millions of people committing legalized fraud. She would not take alot of her coupons. and her reason was ” Just because”. She called the manager over and she got nasty with her too.

I think it definitely depends on where you shop and how coupon friendly the store is. I’ve had really good luck at certain stores (usually ones that don’t have as many couponers), but definitely had some bad experiences too. Hang in there, and definitely write a letter to customer service if you feel like they’ve been unfair (you can find their email address on their website.)
Hope that helps!
