Be careful when buying luggage from Kohl’s. A few weeks ago, I saw a piece of luggage with a manufacture price on it of $129.00. Thought I would wait for a sale before purchasing it. Then my daughter saw a sign that it was 50% off. Wow! What a deal, or so I thought. As I was looking through the product information, there was a Kohl’s price tag on it of $259.00. They doubled the price then put it on a half price sale, thereby the customer was getting no deal at all. Tried to talk to manager but she wouldn’t come out of her office. Through a clerk, I relayed the information to her and told her that it was bordering on fraud what they were doing. She told the clerk to let me have it for half of the MSRP. I got a deal on the luggage, but no one else was, as there were three employees taking the cheaper tag off of all of the luggage.
