I can sympathize, Jim! I am constantly at the service desk at my Target because of coupon problems. Now I even make myself a list of the coupons I’m going in with and have to double check my receipt, find out what I’m missing, and go get my money back. It’s ridiculous, but at least at my store they’re nice about it.
I am not sure if your experience is similar to mine at Target. My store is a nightmare on coupons. I have to go the service desk all the time because of errors at the register. I can’t even tolerate it anymore unless I really want what they are selling.
It definitely depends on your store Jim – Shannon and I shopped two different stores in Huntsville and had TOTALLY different experiences! If there’s another store nearby, it might be worth trying to shop there – it definitely made a difference (but I hate that things don’t always work the way they should there)! 🙁
