Homemade Sno-Cones

Ingredients

  1. 2 cups sugar
  2. 1 cup water
  3. 1 envelope Kool Aid mix free at Publix and Kroger
  4. crushed ice

 

Directions

  1. Cook sugar and water over high heat on stove top until boiling.
  2. Boil for one minute.
  3. Add Kool Aid Mix and stir completely (we used grape  . . . delicious!)
  4. Let cool.
  5. Crush ice using blender (tip:  if your refrigerator has a “crushed” ice option use that to make the process easier on your blender!)

    This looks good! I’m a huge fan of Snoballs, especially with the condensed milk on them. My favorite place (in Atlanta) puts ice cream in the bottom, too. Bliss!

    Thank you so much! I am going to try this since we love sno cones in the summer heat of GA. I just wanted to share an extra touch I learned about while living in FL and we used to regularly go to a great sno cone place in town. They would add Pet Condensed milk – either layered or just on top. Makes it even better! So delicious!!!
