Important note: as you're beginning in the 2024 Home Planner, you'll notice that a few of the right side (evening) checklists mimic the left side (morning) checklists. Here's why: if you have 3 toddlers and are a stay at home mom, you're going to need to clean those counters and wipe down kitchen sinks twice a day, but if your family is smaller (and maybe not at home all day), you can skip those duplicates at night and make them work for you. Once you get in the habit, everything will go FAST (promise!) I'm cheering for you!
If you found PPP because of our kind of crazy 2024 Home Planner, let's talk checkmarks for just a minute.
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE as you begin this year, do NOT feel stressed if you miss a checkmark, a day, a week, or even a month.
This planner is not meant to make you anxious or feel less than or anything else.
EVER.
The Home Planner is meant as a simple guide cheering you on each day. Like a friend gently nudging you saying “hey! If you exercise today I bet you'll feel better through the day and sleep well tonight!” or “ohhhh – hop up and shine those sinks, this one's quick and easy and your kitchen will feel happier for it!”
AND. This planner is a HOME PLANNER.
Not a YOU-TO-DO-ONLY-ALL-BY-YOURSELF planner.
It is NOT meant for you to do everything on the list by yourself if you have a family.
My husband makes the bed most days, helps with vacuuming and often tidy things up just because that's what we do. My kids do the dishes, help with laundry, and mop sometimes too. (That being said, I'm still the one who checks things off most of the time, but it's just because I'm the one who likes checking things off!)
IMPORTANT NOTE: if your family doesn't normally help out in your home, start with having your kids unload the dishwasher and make their beds. If you have a spouse who doesn't often help, I cannot say how very much how much modeling teaches more than hollering does (at least in our home!) I've never really told my husband to do anything on the checklist (and by nature he's not the most tidy person on the planet…), but he sees me do it, and now just hops in and helps now because it's what we do, and how we choose to live to have a happier-less-stressed-and-overwhelmed-home.If you can, cheer your family on with a “Wow! Thank you so much for helping with those dishes ~ that made my day so much easier!”, and they'll often come back and do it again because those few words of praise feel so good. I KNOW this isn't easy and the experience for everyone, but just do your best to try it out, and see if they don't follow along.)
All that being said, again, remember THIS IS ONLY A GUIDE. Please know that your value doesn't come from even the very cutest of checklists instead these are just meant as an encouragement for you each day. I'm over here cheering for you and just want your home to feel a little more at peace in 2024 ~ you've got this (and I'm so proud of you for ANYthing you get done today!)
Hugs!
Laurie

I’ve been looking at this planner for a few months now. Hoping one day I can purchase one, unfortunately it’s not in my budget at this time. I lost my job five months ago and won’t be starting a new one until the beginning of February. For now I printed generic pages to use. Hoping to eventually I will also be able to get the recipe box.
Bridgett - PPP Team says
So sorry to hear about your job Jo! And we do appreciate you sticking to your budget. We have a digital version of the planner that you can use on your phone/tablet or print out at your convenience. It’s also on sale right now. Maybe that’s an option for you. But even if not, we are cheering for you in 2024! https://shop.passionatepennypincher.com/collections/digital/products/student-academic-planner-digital

I absolutely love my planner. It keeps me on track not only to clean my house but in so many other ways like reading my Bible, exercising, drinking water, organizing, and cleaning random things I often don’t think of.
Bridgett - PPP Team says
We are so thrilled for you to share how helpful the planner has been to you! 🙂
Kimberly Sutton says
Laurie where did you get the beautiful white chairs?
Bridgett - PPP Team says
They are from a collection at Pottery Barn. You should be able to find them here! 🙂 https://www.potterybarn.com/shop/furniture/sofa-sectional-collections/pb-comfort-square-collection/?cm_sp=collections-_-default-_-upholstery_viewall_pbcomfort

This planner has changed my life. I know that sounds dramatic, but it has, the organization and scheduling makes for a happy life and allows me to spend my time wisely. I don’t fret if I don’t ‘accomplish’ what is on my checklist, but I do enjoy seeing what I have accomplished. This is a game changer. Thank you for making so many of our lives easier, okay, maybe busier, and more organized. Gotta love the PPP!
Mary ~ PPP Team says
Thank YOU for your super kind words, Jann! We’re so thankful for you! 🙂
Heather says
Unfortunately I wasn’t able to purchase a planner this year, I’m still not working since my brain surgeries & meds aren’t cheap. But secretly I still have my 2021 & 2022 planners and have already begun looking through them again, and will keep them out for daily prayer and cleaning/activities. It’s not the same as starting new and I’ll need find me a planner at the dollar tree or something still, but I love them just the same! Mostly I know that between sleeping a lot of the day, going to dr appts constantly, missing church, and neglecting things around the house that I need to dive into these again, to reread and keep me accountable to so much but to also help me to see what I’ve accomplished and allow myself some grace. I really want to buy a recipe box to use for my crockpot; and that is my goal for next year!! Thank you for making such great products to empower women, don’t stop! Happy New Year!
Bridgett - PPP Team says
We are sending hugs and prayers to you! Definitely use the older planners as a guide. They are very similar to the 2023 planner. Also, the Facebook group helps because they are doing the same tasks daily, weekly, and monthly as you. And we can’t wait for you to start cooking with us when you feel better! 🙂
Christianna says
What about printing off the PDF version of 2022 planner. It will be a little off but it will have clean slate to write and check things off
Darlene Lusk says
Hi Heather, I would love to purchase a planner for you if you haven’t gotten one yet.
Let me know so I can order before they run out.
Thanks,
Darlene
Susan McCarthy says
and I would love to purchase one of the recipe boxes for you! Please let me know!

Such a good reminder.
Jamie Long says
I bought the Student Planners for my three daughters still at home- sophomore in college, first year of high school, and first year of middle school. They have been using them since the beginning of our homeschooling year. I couldn’t wait to start my Home Planner to help encourage them with forming this habit as well as to demonstrate the value of planning. We have “Planner Mondays” at our kitchen table every week to lay out schedules, appointments, practices, games, prayer requests, anything and everything… Thank you so much for these great resources!
Laurie says
LOVE that Jamie ~ such a great idea, thanks so much for sharing with us! 🙂
Nancy says
I have used the home planner for a little over a week and I am doing a happy dance!! Each day more things get checked off and my house looks great. It is so much fun to see the things makes off. Thank you for all you do
Laurie says
I absolutely love to hear that Nancy – that made my day, thanks so much for sharing your win!
Jill D says
There are WAY too many daily boxes pertaining to the kitchen, especially on the right side of the list. There are 7 tasks I will never mark because they involve tasks which overlap, or which I don’t do anywhere near on a daily basis. And yet there are only two blank lines left to fill in for what I actually do on a daily basis. Strongly suggest a simplification of those tasks and more blank lines for your 2023 version. Meanwhile, I ‘white out’ those unused ones, and write in my own. And one of my weekly tasks is to do THAT! Thanks!!
Cherish says
It’s been a year so I don’t know if you’ve seen their accessories kit…. They now have sticky notes you can fill out and customize especially for that space. I’m loving it!
Nicole says
I am waiting on notification as to when they are back in stock! I am so excited as I am a checklist person. Do you know when they might be back in stock?
Laurie says
We think you’ll just love them Nicole! 🙂 We’re hoping to have them available again within a few weeks ~ thank you for your patience!
P K Daly says
Hi PPP! I have been using a planner for several years, buying different styles. This year I thought I would try yours. I bought the planner and the purse size calendar. The planner is bigger than I’m used to, I don’t write and check everything down, but the purse size isn’t quite big enough for what I need. I’m somewhere in between. But I vowed I would give it a try. You really thought of everything when planning it out. The books are nice quality. I love the pockets in the back. I put my monthly bills mailed to me in there before they are paid. It’s only been a few days, but so far working out fine. Just the size is my only issue. Keep up your great work and I love supporting a home business.
Laurie says
Thanks so much for your support and for giving our planner a try P K! I’m glad that it’s working out fine so far, despite the size! 🙂 We appreciate your feedback!
Sharon says
I love this planner. Just started a couple days ago. I used FlyLady to get my home organized and am used to the checklists so that’s perfect. Having all this in one planner centralized everything for me. My husband and I are using the Bible reading plan to read through the Old Testament this year! Also having the menu there helps as I work full time. The 3 lines for menu, inspiring thoughts and spending are great as well. Thank you for a great planner!
Laurie says
Yayyy ~ so glad you love the planner and that your husband is joining you for the reading plan too! We’re super excited you’re joining us! 🙂
Robyn R says
Love my planner. I’m not a big check box person but having the family schedule in the open and a meal plan written down has saved us soooo much money by dining at home. Don’t be intimidated by the checkboxes, use what works best for your family. I got so much more accomplished this year—and I finally took the steps to start exercising daily. I’m not going to run a marathon but im moving every day.
Laurie says
LOVE that Robyn ~ way to go! 🙂 So glad the planner was helpful!
Michelle says
I cannot wait to get my planner. I’m a retired teacher and have used planners for years. I like being organized and this looks like the perfect solution for me. I’ll post an update when I get it and start using it.
Veronica says
Looking forward to getting mine and having a great 2022, but stressed it may not arrive in time.
Laurie says
Hopefully you’ll get it quickly Veronica, but feel free to use the digital version included with your purchase in the meantime while you wait! Cheering for you and hope you have a great 2022!
Mona Clough says
I absolutely love this planner. I got my first one last year, and already have 2022s. Thanks for making it. Some people are not checklist people, and it won’t be for them….and if folks are offended by a Bible reading suggestion, they won’t like it either….they should go get a different planner I guess. But I love it love it love it. I don’t get everything done all the time, and that’s okay. I like having it all written out and celebrating what I DO accomplish. (And I check off items my husband does too. And my 4 year olds.) I work Full Time (from home most of this year, we’ll see what 2022 holds) and have twin toddlers….), we have so much going on, I love how this helps me get some sort of foothold.
Laurie says
So happy you love it Mona ~ praying a beautiful 2022 for you! Hugs!
Stacie @SincerelyStacie says
I can’t wait to start my planner. I appreciate the ideas for each day/week, but I know there is no way I will get all those things done. But I am quite certain there will be things listed that I wouldn’t do if they weren’t listed, so if I do even one thing that week from your list, that’s a win for me! I love the soothing color scheme and the daily Bible readings! I’m quite certain the fans of your planner will outshine the naysayers! Thanks for creating it!
Laurie says
Thanks so much for your kind words and encouragement Stacie! We’re excited you’re joining along with us in the planner this year ~ hugs!
Joy says
I’m so excited to receive my planner! When I saw the cleaning checklists, I knew that there will be days that everything just doesn’t happen… and that is OK! I’m mostly excited about the ideas and encouragement through the PPP group. I struggle with ADHD. My house being out of order makes my life even more difficult. I keep a clean, orderly home, but there are always some little things that I can’t seem to remember until they are triggering me. (here’s looking at you, baseboards). Checklists are one of the best ways to keep me on task, so that’s why I chose to use PPP this year in hopes to make my struggle with balancing work, running a business and maintaining a home less of a challenge for my neurodivergence. I’ll be honest, I don’t even have it yet, but I’m already feeling like daily tasks are less overwhelming just by browsing the digital planner. I’m so thankful I discovered this before purchasing my standard planner that I give up on half way through the year lol. Having checklist will personally make me more likely to stay on goal all year. For that, I am thankful.
Laurie says
Hoping it’s super helpful and works well for you Joy ~ so happy you’re joining along with us! 🙂 Cheering for you!
Nancy A DelPozzo says
3rd day in and so far, I’m loving it. Cleaning or organizing a few things each day is so much better than trying to get everything done in one day. Still waiting for delivery of my 1st recipe cards, (Low-Cal) to start the year off in the right direction. I can see myself being a whole lot more organized than I’ve ever been. Thanks for putting all this info together.
Laurie says
Love that Nancy ~ way to go! 🙂 Hope you just love all the new recipes ~ praying you have a beautiful 2022!
Brenda Landis says
I am a Home Planner first timer and am so excited to see how this helps me stay more on top of my home. I have a checklist per say at my full time job, usually create one for my home business, but caring for my home has been haphazard for the past few years. Somehow I thought during my empty nest years it would be easier but it is not. Thank you for creating a planner with ckecklists as a springboard to spur us on to making our homes a place of peace.
God bless you!
Laurie says
So excited you’ll be joining us Brenda ~ we’re glad you’re here! 🙂 Cheering for you as you start the new year!
Kimberly says
I LOVE this planner already and this is only my 3rd day of using it EVER! Just the idea that I have a guide on what to clean little by little instead of getting overwhelmed by my “dirty house” and finding ways to involve my children (ages 10 & 13) in helping make our house a home. Like many, I have a full-time working job outside our home, 2 very active children, a mortgage and dogs! I just needed a guide. I love this post – because I of course was thinking it was up to me to do it and check the boxes (because I love lists and checking off boxes) – so thank you Laurie for letting me know that if someone else “takes out the trash” – I get to claim it!
Laurie says
Love that Kimberly ~ so happy you’re loving it! Way to go!
Grace says
I am excited to use my new planner! I bought mine back in October to make sure I had one in time for the New Year! I thought I was a pretty organized individual but when flipping through the 2022 Home Planner I rethought some of my organization skills! Lol! I’ve officially been home for 2 months as a stay home mom of a 7 month old. Since being home I’m struggling to get into a solid routine so I’m looking forward to the 2022 Home Planner to assist me!
Because I don’t have Facebook and not part of the group, I look forward to the emails! Thank you to the PPP team for their hard work and encouragement!
Laurie says
So excited you’ll be joining us Grace ~ cheering for you and hope you have a great 2022! Hugs!
Amy says
This planner has helped me so much after becoming a mom. If all I get is just a couple checkmarks a day I feel like I have actually accomplished something more than just keeping my tiny humans alive. This planner helps me realize the worth and what I do and when I do have time to complete almost all of the marks I feel this overwhelming sense of accomplishment. It is nice not to have to write in your own list every single day just to check something off. If all I do is shower and make a bed I am winning!
Laurie says
Love that Amy ~ so glad it’s been helpful! Praying a beautiful 2022 for you!
Sandra Scarborough says
I am so excited to start the new year with my 2022 Home Planner. It will encourage me to do more and be less lazy. So happy to have this book guiding me and you encouraging me.
Crystal Gregory says
I just started the planner and love it so far!! I probably won’t check all the boxes off every day, but it feels good to check off some of them:) I also have ALL the menu plan boxes and love those as well. I really enjoy the videos and Facebook page. When I’m feeling overwhelmed, a little encouragement goes a long way 🙂
Teri Turner says
I absolutely love this planner. This is my second year. I got one for my daughter as a Christmas gift. I hope she loves it as much as I do!
Katie Thorpe says
I’ve used the planner before and used the editable checklist last year. It’s really helpful at telling my scattered ADHD brain what to do and when to do. There are a few things I change, like I don’t grocery shop on Sundays but that’s also the beauty in the planner, it’s not end all be all checklist.
Ashley Emswiler says
I just want you to know that I absolutely cannot wait to get my planner. I definitely took the time to think about my lifestyle and my habits and because I love checklists and have felt lost in my routine since my husband and I got married (Over 3 years ago…LOL) I feel this planner will help me be mindful of the “little things” that I tend to let build to the “Big things”. Keep doing what you are doing, because We need what you have. I cannot wait to use my home planner and my budget book for the first time this year. I am so grateful that I have found the PPP team/family and I genuinely look forward to checking my emails each day. This “Family” has taken so much of the “How to” out of my questioning and given me a “Road map” which is exactly what I have been praying for. Thank you for being you and doing what you are doing.
Jamie Reid says
Love this! I have been struggling with routine and know that I am happier when I have one. I tend to get overwhelmed if I don’t get everything done. My husband even said, “What is your plan if you don’t get it all done?” I love him for thinking that because the same thought crossed my mind. I want to approach this year with more confidence and comfort in knowing I have a GUIDE to keep me on track. Can’t wait to get my planner. This will be my first one.
L Oster says
Love the planner!
Kayla Allie says
I also LOVE this planner. Thank you to the PPP team for creating it! I’m another mom that stays home with 3 littles and this past year my husband was gone most of the year for training (while I was pregnant with our 3rd) and this planner helped me so so much. I’m tearing up right now thinking about our rough year and how much just having this planner and the checklist helped me. I started with the make bed task and that usually inspired me to do more. A heartfelt thank you from this struggling mom for this wonderful tool!
Cari G. says
My first year for this planner and I’m excited!!!
Hannah Wilson says
I’m new to the planner this year. I want to get my life, house, family, money in order. I’m really excited to use the planner as a guide to help me achieve these goals.
Starla Lindquist says
Hi, Laurie! I started watching your videos a couple of months ago. I just got my 2022 planner for Christmas! I was also blessed with a slow cooker recipe box!! Meal planning is a thorn in my side. I’ve been in such a rut with meals. I can’t wait to start slow cooking all the yummy recipes. I am a list lover, but sometimes don’t know where to start. With your lists in front of me, I feel like I can thrive again. My home and family will be HAPPY again because of you. I am so grateful for you. I appreciate the love and humility I see in your videos. Thanks for everything you for God and others. I am thankful for your ministry.
Bethany says
I love love love the PPP Planner! It is the first planner I have ever used consistently and that is because of the boxes to check off! I never check every box every day, but having them helps me see what I can or need to do when I have some time. Lists make my brain function better, even if I only ever check a few of the boxes!
Carly says
Started on the planner yesterday!! Felt like I got so much accomplished since I had a lost!! Can’t wait to continue using it to improve my life!
Michelle says
I just love how positive and encouraging you are!! I “played around” with the 2021 digital planner this fall after ordering the 2022 planner, and I am so excited to get started with this new 2022 planner. Thank you!
Kristie says
This is my second year with the planner. I absolutely love it!
Tina Riley says
Im on my second planner and absolutely love the broadness of the checklist, the daily devotional reminders, It is the first time I have found one that I use for work and home. Love, Love, Love it!
EMILY TURNER says
I love this planner so so much! I VERY often don’t check all the check marks. For me they are more of a guide. You know how sometimes you have down time, but you aren’t sure if you really have down time or if you are just forgetting to do something? Look to the lists for guidance. I work from home, so I don’t have the big beautiful planner (although I do envy it!). I ordered the digital and print out a week at a time and hang it on the fridge. It’s like our command center and it worked so well for us last year I was sure to order it again this year. I have the pocket calendar for my purse for on the go scheduling. The important thing is to find your groove and work it the best that you can and give yourself GRACE!
Kat says
I love the home planner! I used it last year and got the digital version this year to print myself. More often than not I left boxes unchecked, but I loved having a baseline each day of easy things I could accomplish. As a stay at home mom of 3 toddlers, that is golden. I also love the self-care boxes because let’s be honest- as moms we don’t always prioritize ourselves. My goal is usually to AT LEAST check the shower box. Lol
