I've tried all sorts of pans over the years – everything from SaladMaster to Ninja….and these are by far my favorite pots and pans! They combine the convenience of non-stick with with the durability and performance of stainless steel and cast iron – and they have a lifetime warranty! Immediately when I pulled them out of the box, I ooooohed and ahhhhhed over how fancy they felt. And cooking has never been more fun – no more stuck on foods and clean-up is a breeze!

I have been through pan after pan over the years! I received a set of Hexclad for Christmas of '22 and let me tell you, they have been put to the test! Breakfast, Lunch and dinner! Every day, 365. They get used for foods high in acids, perfectly searing 2 inch ribeyes, whisking, stirring, whipping, you name it! Hexclad is the real deal and is still non- stick! Take my word for it. If you want a set of the best durable, non-stick pans ever, do it! Purchase the pans that I am sure will last you a lifetime!
Best pans ever. Sauté game has been elevated to a new echelon: I’ve never caramelized onions so perfectly and so quickly (always had to slowly sweat them down for 45 minutes). Sirloin came out perfectly medium rare and ideally seared—first try! Eggs don’t stick! IOW, these pans do all the things!!
I feel as if I am a Michelin star chef!!!!!! Where do I begin, since the moment I opened the box my excitement began. The weight, appearance, overall quality was something I have yet to see out of any other pans I have tested. From the moment I first cooked with it, I was full of smiles the entire cooking process. From sear to the the evenness of the cook to the taste of the food. I will forever be a Hexclad user and I feel it was the best money I have ever spent.
Non-stick, minus the junk! After a cleaning and light seasoning, cook on low-medium heat and anything cooked moves around like butter. Firm believer and can't wait to add to my HexClad collection!
