What types of meals do they have?
All of the meals come shrink wrapped and ready to pop in the microwave for just 2-3 minutes. Fuel Meals offers a variety of different entrees – such as salmon, beef, chicken, pasta etc – as well as breakfast items, snacks, and more. You can choose your own meals or select one of the following meal plans that includes the following options:

How does it work?? Here's what you need to know:
First, Fuel Meals is a subscription service. Once you sign up for the subscription program, you'll receive meals each week (or every other week) unless you pause or cancel your subscription. You can cancel ANY time!
Second, you have a weekly deadline. Because Fuel Meals proudly ships tens of thousands of fresh meals each week, they need 5-6 days to plan your next batch of meals before the meals are shipped & delivered.
Third, you can self-manage nearly every aspect of your subscription. Enjoy maximum ability to plan and customize your subscription, including planning future deliveries up to 7 weeks in advance! You can also change the number of meals you'll receive, edit the delivery address for a specific order, or update your billing information.
Fourth, you should review your menu every week. When you sign up, you can choose the meals you want for your first delivery. Fuel Meals will take that same menu and duplicate it across the other deliveries that are planned into their system when you sign up. Be sure to review your menu before your next order's weekly deadline to make sure it contains the meals you want since they do phase out meals from time-to-time.
Fifth, you can skip a week or pause your subscription. If you're out of town for a week or two, you can easily skip a week of delivery or pause your subscription. Or, if you're traveling, you can have your meals sent to your hotel if it's in the U.S . How cool is that??
