I’ve experience a glitch on their system and although it shows the offer for one of the coffee k-cups; they would not honor. I spoke to many cs reps and the supervisor and no one would give me the credit and I had proof from their web-site. I even spoke to a manager in the store and he said I can return for a refund. Very frustrated!!
