From May 5th through May 7th, you can nominate your favorite nurse to win FREE Crocs for themselves and their entire hospital or medical facility! Crocs will choose 7 nominated healthcare workers – just fill out the form here and describe how their care has made a huge impact on everyone around them.

Each of the 7 winners will receive a random style and size assortment of (a) 1,428 Crocs shoes, (b) 1,428 pairs of Crocs socks, and (c) 1,428 Jibbitz. The approximate retail value of each prize is $116,327. If you know a nurse or healthcare worker that works in a large hospital, that’s a lot of Crocs they’ll be able to give to their team!
