I loved this idea immediately… until I realized how quickly the cost of these baskets can add up. That’s when I decided to see if I could recreate the trend using only Dollar Tree finds!
Who Do You Give a BURR Basket To?
Honestly? Anyone! That’s what makes this gift so great.
BURR baskets make a fun surprise for friends, college kids who are away from home, neighbors, new moms, teachers, or even the office admin at school. How to Assemble a BURR Basket
All you do is layer everything into your basket in a way that looks full and intentional. I like to place the blanket or filler item first, then stand taller items toward the back and tuck smaller goodies in the front. Fluff it up, adjust as needed, and you’re done. No special skills required, just a little arranging and creativity. You could easily add a bow or a thoughtful card to tie it together as well!
